Our Philosophy

The Sweatshop is well known for a friendly, non-competitive environment in which people feel encouraged to learn about these different dance forms as a vehicle for personal achievement.

This is our intermediate level Breakdance class for students who have completed the Introduction to Breakdance class or for dancers with prior knowledge in Breakdance. Class: Drill Sessions (Intermediate Level)
Time: Thursday/Jeudi, 19:00-20:00

This class will focus on strength building exercises to help develop endurance, speed and strength. Students will build stamina, balance and core strength all through breaking fundamental drills and conditioning that have been specifically designed to bring students to the next level. This class is recommended for intermediate level bboy/bgirls working towards power moves.

Class: HIP HOP (beginner level)

The beginner Hip Hop class is a mix of different styles and influences such as new jack swing, new style, popping etc... In the class you will learn basic movements and then assemble them into a choreography which will change from week to week.
