BBOY/BGIRL POWER (all levels)

Thursday/Jeudi, 18:00-19:00

This class will focus on strength building exercises to help develop endurance, speed and strength. Students will build stamina, balance and core strength all through breaking fundamental drills and conditioning that have been specifically designed to bring students to the next level. This class is recommended for intermediate level bboy/bgirls working towards power moves.
